Has anybody attempted to use reclaimed lithium-ion batteries from Electric Vehicles or lead-acid batteries as home backup power sources?

Indeed, the home energy storage battery can be lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries that power electric vehicles. There are other options like in-ground thermal batteries or gravity batteries if that is within your taste in a suitable manner.
