When stock investing, quantitative analysis refers to the examination of specific data about a company that includes its financial statements. In this regard, one has to assess the balance sheet, income statement and statement of the cash flows to anlayze the performance of the entities and make engagement decisions.

Ok finally an ACTUAL investor who talks about technical analysis and using company's annual reports to estimate return. I was actually on a challenge to find a person who would give me a no-BS guide for my friend who wanted to start investing. You are that person my friend. Props to you Mark

It is absolutely amazing how much information and value some can put into content, this easy explanation on what sums you need and how to calculate it's what I am looking for already so long and it's perfect because I am also using yahoo finance and I can use the same information with a little translation for the stocks I own in my country (I live in Austria next to Germany)

I rarely comment but you simplified both Fundamental and Qualitative Analysis so seamlessly, and there are hour long content that made far less sense than yours. Thank you.
