Coming out of facing a lot, I knew two things about the stock market: It caused the Great Depression, and the fastest way to make a million on the markets was to start with two million. And then the Great Recession happened only a few years later. So yeah, I wish someone had better explained it to me earlier in life. Having a good entry and exit strategy will make you succeed in the stock market.

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.

I've been in the red for a while now and although people say these crisis has its perks, I'm losing my mind but I get it Investing is a long-term game, so focus on the long run.

So what are really the best strategies to make our portfolio recession proof. my wife is already panicking, so many questions! will the rate cut next month lead to inflation? I'm very worried about my $1million stock portfolio losing value. It lost 20 % today alone

The recession scare is surreal and the market is really panicking at this moment and I'm worried what effect this frenzy could have on my portfolio of about 80k. Could you make any recommendations on how I could preserve my portfolio during this period and also make profit from the market situation?

As recession fears mount on Wall Street and inflation remains well above the Fed's 2% target, some of the top commentators in markets, business, and economists have been sounding off on just how bad they think the next downturn might be - and how far stocks may have to fall. I need ideas and advice on what investments to make to set myself up for retirement, my goal is to have a portfolio of at least $850k at the age of 60.

Recessions are a natural part of economic cycles, but their timing and severity are often unpredictable. Understanding the signs can help mitigate their impact.
