The Phoenix phase is characterized by the fact that the market is already recovering and closing in on rebuilding, sometimes surpassing previous market high’s. During this phase there are chances for growth and making profits especially for those people who perfected their investments during downturns.

Wouldn't it be better to take your money out of the bank? I'm new to investing but isn't the risk of it collapsing during a recession high?

The Stock Market is a slow game! I remember when stocks were crashing during the Covid Pandemic. I had a client wiring as much as he can every opportunity he got to throw into the market & the lower it got the more he threw in. Fast forward a couple years & he made out pretty well.
