Is it possible to achieve fluency for the late starters who began learning a new language in their late 20’s?

Certainly, fluency in a language is possible at adult age. The author, for example, started learning a second language at 28 and, at the age of 35 is already able to speak Spanish, French, Mandarin and Arabic fluently. It requires finding a suitable method and constant practice.

This is amazing! Also, I learnt English when I was younger and now I'm starting to learn Italian, here's a bonus tip if anyone sees this: Look for things you like in the language you're trying to learn. Music and movies or series help a lot, but you can also go for content on your favorite topic! Helps more than you realize :)
