It is suggested that in the preliminary phases of one’s career, making bold decisions and moving fast can lead to the most success because in the early stages you are more likely to bounce back easily.

Yes, hard work, motivation is how it's done. I had a small business e-commerce, only 1m in yearly revenue and I built it off of motivation, dedication and no sleep, lol.

I can still remember how sleep deprived I was in the beginning and I'm so glad I built my 1st company at 37, while I worked a full-time job.
