In order to improve the performance of your PC in 2023, the following procedures can be performed; the latest Windows version can be checked and updated where necessary as well as optional driver updates, hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling can be enabled, uninstalling unnecessary applications, disabling startup applications that are not important, adjusting the privacy settings to turn off processes that run in the background which are unnecessary, managing applications that run in the background, switching on Game mode, carrying out disk cleanups and optimization processes, deleting temporary files, modifying power settings, and tuning the computer’s visual effects for high performance. Moreover, Malwarebytes software as anti-malware program can eliminate any malware which could be responsible for the sluggishness of your PC.

This is by far, the best guide for speeding up and cleaning out a PC that I've seen. No gimicky programs to install, just straight up windows settings! The only other thing I did was in the graphics settings for Windows 10 (It must be new, I didn't see it in your graphics settings), I also turned on Variable refresh rate. Most of these I knew about, but forgot about doing them (thanks for those reminders!), but the part with the graphics section made a big difference for me! Kudos to you. Just subscribed!
