I found this can be super time efficient, gives some cardio benefit and my strength has actually improved in some areas. Not a routine for someone who wants to be a fulltime bodybuilder but for someone working long hours and need to get in a workout it has done wonders for me. Also the waiting time or need for equipment is usually a lot lower and you can easy do it more times a week if you want to increase frequency on the muscle groups. Downside is if you're a gym rat, spending 20 min on the gym every time is maybe too efficient :D
