I have used sateva strain with thc for my severe spinal stenosis I’m 66 and after 8 years I’m doing pretty good but over the last month I’ve been playing with canna butter and coconut oil I’m really impressed ❤

For my PTSD I prefer a low grade mix of leaves, stems and flowers. The lower THC is advantageous but I still get enough of it to augment my sleep (and stop the night terrors).
