Bodybuilding is especially beneficial for teenagers due to several reasons. Why is bodybuilding so popular among adolescents? How could it have a good impact if it was such Studies have shown that Body Builder’s, through the consistent practice at an early age, of squats, and other multijoint movements, develop improved coordination and motor control. Building muscle mass leads to an overall improvement of strength, proprioception (our sense of self in relation to where the body is in space), and flexibility. Teenagers are largely haphazardly engaged in numerous sports activities for fitness and development of their muscular structures, and some teenagers also work out woth the aim of improving their physiques. With the mess of hormones that are raging during these formative teen years, those resulting muscle gains can definitely be shocking!

Bodybuilding has the greatest advantages for the adolescence group as they are at cellular turnover rate optimum. This means that when their cells die or are damaged, the rate at which they repair themselves is far greater than any other period of their life. Also, teenagers possess the best recovery rates and increased testosterone which helps them to perform intense workouts, proper healing time, and great muscle bulk.

I’m a soon-to-be 16-year-old who’s been avoiding weight training due to feeling overweight and weak. My high school has a gym, and I’m enrolled in strength training classes this year. I’ve felt motivated over the summer to improve my confidence, and I see this as a chance to overcome my fears and inspire others. I’ll update with my progress as weeks go by

17yo here, joined the gym yesterday with my friend and had a blast destroying our muscles. Thanks for the content man, we’ll be using it

Edit: Since people have been asking, I can report that I’ve really started to take shape. I’ve managed to stay pretty consistent (not as much as I’d like though). But as a 6’1 guy that was really skinny seven months ago, I’ve put some real muscle on, and my friends have started noticing and complimenting me for it, which is really great. I absolutely feel more confident in myself, and I feel more comfortable around people because I feel that they have more respect for me. The girls love it too. All in all, my experience so far is that getting gains isn’t particularly easy, but it’s definitely straightforward, and it’s a wholly positive experience. I’m glad I joined the gym, because since I did I’ve never wanted to stop. Thanks Brett.
